Ingredients

plain couscous (1 small box)

feta cheese ( 1/2 C,crumbled)

parmesan romano cheese (1/4C)

sliced kalamata olives (1/8C)

diced scallions (1/8C)

butter (1/4 stick)

S&P to taste

parsley (fresh:1TBS.dried:1/2TBS)

garlic powder (1/8 tsp.)

Preparation

Prepare couscous according to package directions, fluff with a fork and add butter when done.Over lowest heat setting add cheeses, herbs, scallions, and olives.Mid well and add more butter,salt, or pepper if needed.Serve warm or room temperature. Garnish with fresh parsley.
