Ingredients
1 1/2 lb of ground beef
1 cup water
2 cups chopped green peppers
2 cups chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cans tom sauce (8 oz)
2 cans kidney beans (15 oz)
2 cans diced tom (14.5 oz)
1 can tom paste (6 oz)
1 pckg mild chili seasoning mix (1.25 oz)
Preparation
Cook beef, pepper and onions in a dutch oven, med/high heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble, then drain.
Return beef mixture to pan. Add 1 cup water and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to simmer. 20 mins
