Ingredients
3 or 4 Green Onions
1 can of Rotel (original,mild, medium; they all work just depends on your spice preference)
1 can White Shoepeg Corn
1 can Bush’s Black Eyed Peas
8 oz Zesty Italian Dressing
Preparation
Cut up the green onions into 1/4 inch slices. Drain shoepeg corn and peas. Mix all ingredients together and stir in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
