Ingredients

1 can black beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can garbanzo beans

1 of each red, yellow, & green peppers

1 can of corn

1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Rinse & drain beans & corn, mix with diced peppers. Combine vinegar, water & sugar in sauce pan…heat to rolling boil. Cool & pour over salsa. Refrigerate. Serve with chips.
