Ingredients

1 pkg. Imitation fat-free crab meat pieces.

1 lb. low-fat or fat-free butter/margine

1 can tomatoe pieces or 1 cup fresh chopped tomatoe

1 can sliced black olives

Garlic salt to taste

1 1/2 cup fat-free or low-fat sour cream

Optional: May add mushroom slices or other fresh or frozen veggies such as broccoli as you prefer.

Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic salt. Stir in crab meat. Add canned tomatoe pieces or fresh chopped tomatoe. Add sliced black olives. Stir until heated through. Add Low-fat SourCream and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles
