1/2 LARGE RED PEPPER (DICED)

2 STALKS OF CELERY (DICED)

1 CARROT (SHREDDED)

1 MEDIUM CUCUMBER (PEELED & SHREDDED)

Preparation

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CRAB MEAT. SEASON WITH PEPPER AND VERY LITTLE SALT. MIX WITH MAYONNAISE. FOLD IN CRAB MEAT; DO NOT STIR A LOT OR CRAB MEAT WILL DISAPPEAR.
