Ingredients

Shelled crab pieces (or shrimp) steamed

Mixed italian vinegarette

3 cloves roasted garlic

1/4-1/2 teaspoon chicken granule stock

1/4 cup olive oil

Dash of red pepper flakes (if desired)

tomato, peeled and diced

chopped parsley

2 anchovey filets

Toasted french bread slices

Preparation

Mix vinegarette, pepper flakes, crushed anchovey filets, crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, chicken granules and parsley. Lay crab (or shrimp) in dressing. Marinate a few hours or over night. Add chopped tomato. Serve with toasted french bread slices.
