Ingredients
8 oz. crab meat
1 egg
1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs (put 2-3 slices of fresh white bread in food processor)
2 Tbsp cocktail sauce
2 Tbsp mayo
2 Tbsp minced scallion
2 tsp parsley minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
dash cayenne and black peppers
medium bag of regular potato chips, put in ziploc bag and crush.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients (except potato chips) and roll into small bite-sized balls.
Roll crab balls in potato chips immediately before putting in oven.
Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes
