Ingredients
1 # crab
2 tbs chopped onion
2 tbs chopped celery
1/4 c melted butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Dash pepper
1 qt milk
1/4 parsley
Preparation
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender but not brown. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until thick. Add crabmeat. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
