Ingredients

1# Fresh Jumbo Lumb Crabmeat

2 Tbls Mayo

1 Tsp dry mustard

1 Egg

8 Each Saltine crackers

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Olive Oil

Preparation

  1. Mix Mayo,salt & pepper, egg & mustard in separate bowl. 2, Pick shells out of Crabmeat
  2. Put Crabmeat in bowl Sprinkle crushed crackers on top of Crabmeat.
  3. Pour egg mixture over Crabmeat & mix.
  4. Form Crab Cake
  5. Fry in Olive oil.
  6. OR put tablespoon of melted butter on cakes and broil in middle of oven for 15 minutes.
