Ingredients
1# Fresh Jumbo Lumb Crabmeat
2 Tbls Mayo
1 Tsp dry mustard
1 Egg
8 Each Saltine crackers
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil
Preparation
- Mix Mayo,salt & pepper, egg & mustard in separate bowl. 2, Pick shells out of Crabmeat
- Put Crabmeat in bowl Sprinkle crushed crackers on top of Crabmeat.
- Pour egg mixture over Crabmeat & mix.
- Form Crab Cake
- Fry in Olive oil.
- OR put tablespoon of melted butter on cakes and broil in middle of oven for 15 minutes.
