Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 c finely chopped red pepper

1 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp salt

dash pepper

1 c panko bread crumbs

3 tbs mayonnaise

olive oil

Dipping Sauce:

1/2 c mayonnaise

1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Preparation

Clean crabmeat. Place all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix gently. Form into cakes and cook in just enough oil to prevent sticking, for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with dipping sauce.
