Ingredients
1 lb. crabmeat (I used 2 cans)
1/2 - 3/4 c. mayo
1/2 dried bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 seeded, chopped jalepenos
pinch salt & pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingred. Stir well. Shape into patties, fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. *When making larger ones, fry over medium heat, put lid on pan for first side of cakes, remove lid when you flip them. That way they will be hot all the way thru but not too brown.
