Ingredients
1 lb crab meat
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 tsp mayonaise
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 large or 2 small eggs
3 tbsp canned milk
1 1/2 slices of bread-cut the brown sides off (tear into pieces)
Preparation
- Mix the crab meat, baking powder, parsley flakes, seafood seasoning, worcestershire sauce, mayonaise, and mustard.
- Beat eggs lightly, add milk and bread crumbs.
- Mix the first mixture tot he second very gently.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side in a large skillet over medium heat with a few tbsps of olive oil.
