1 1/2 CUP PANKO BREADCRUMBS
JUICE 1 LEMON
1 EGG
1LB SUPERIOR LUMP CRABMEAT
1/2 CUP MAYO
1 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD
Preparation
MELT BUTTER. ADD BREADCRUMBS AND OLD BAY. LET IT COOL.
ADD JUICE OF ONE LEMON TO THE CRABMEAT.
ADD 1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN
ADD DRY MUSTARD
MIX TOGETHER. CHILL FOR 1 HOUR
