-1lb crabmeat
-mayo
-mustard
-worcestshire sauce
-tobasco sauce
-chopped chives
-old bay seasoning
-eggs
-flour
-breadcrumbs
Preparation
-Combine crab, all spices and 1/2 beaten egg. -Form into pattys -Cover in flour, dip in egg, dip in bread crumbs -Refridgerate overnight -Fry in olive oil and drain on paper towels
