Ingredients

2 c. fresh crab meat or 2 tins (each 7 oz.)

1 shallot, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

1 T. Dijon mustard

1 T. lemon juice

1 tsp horseradish

1/2 c. mayo

1/2 c. low fat yogurt

Fresh ground pepper

Dash hot pepper sauce

1/2 c. chopped herbs (cilantro, green onions and parsley)

Paprika and sprig of cilantro to garnish

Preparation

Gently combine all ingredients, adding more mayo or yogurt if it’s too thick. Serve in a dip bowl and garnish with paprika and/or a sprig of cilantro
