Ingredients

185g Jumbo Lump Crab

1/2 Onion

1 Garlic Glove

1/2 Shallot Clove

Double Cream

Cooked and Chilled Gnocchi

Chopped Fresh Spinach

Parmesan Cheese

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

In a large pan, simmer the onion in olive oil.

Add garlic, shallots and crab and sauté for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add gnocchi and cream, stirring to coat all the ingredients.

Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes, watch the cream doesn’t stick.

Stir in chopped spinach and add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in a bowl with parmesan cheese on top.
