Ingredients
1 lb. fresh crabmeat, cartilage removed)
2 T. mayonaisse (regular, not low fat)
1 T. Worcestershire
1 T. Durkee’s Special Dressing
Ritz Crackers
Preparation
Make dressing by mixing together mayonaisse, worcestershire sauce and Durkee’s in a small saucer. Place crabmeat in a mixing bowl and fluff lumps apart from each other somewhat with a fork or spoon in each hand being careful not to break apart individual lumps as much as possible. Pour dressing over crabmeat and fold into crabmeat again being as gentle as you can to avoid breaking apart lumps. Place in individual ramekins. Crumble Ritz crackers on top to just lightly cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
