Ingredients
Pastry
1 lb. king crab leg or 1.2 lb.lump crab
4 lg. eggs
2c heavy cream
2T chopped chives
2T chopped, fresh parsley
2T chopped, fresh cilantro
1/2t seafood seasoning
1/2t salt
1/4t black pepper
1/8t nutmeg
2 ounces grated monterey jack
2 ounces grated swiss
Preparation
Whisk together eggs, cream, herbs, seafood seasoning, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in cheeses and crabmeat. Pour into pre-baked crust and bake until filling puffs and is no longer wobbly in center. Cook at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
