Ingredients
1/2 lb softened cream cheese
1-2 drops tobasco
1/2 lb crab meat drained & cleaned
1/2 T finely chopped garlic
1/16 t worshteshire
1 t salt
1/2 t white pepper
wanton wrappers
Paste-
2 parts water
1 part flour
Preparation
Food process ingrediants and then add crab meat. Make triangle out of wrappers, moist corners to stick together. Deep Fat fry at 375 until lightly browned.
