Ingredients

1 package crescent rolls

1 lb fresh lump crabmeat

3/4 cup grated cheese (chedder, Monteray Jack or Parmesan)

2 tbsp minced onion

salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly mix crab and grated cheese. Sprinkle each section of crescent roll with a little onion, salt and pepper. Place equal amounts of crab and cheese mix on each screscent section. Spread evenly over its area. Roll section up.

Place on baking sheet, point side down, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown.

Serve warm.
