Ingredients
4T butter
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 16 ounce cans of tomato sauce
3 C water
1/2 package of frozen chopped spinach
2t Celery seed
2t Chili Powder
1/4 t pepper
2 T sugar
1 bay leaf
Old bay to taste
1 lb crabmeat
Preparation
Melt the butter and saute onions and garlic until soft. Add tomato sauce, seasonings and spinach. Simmer until spinach is thawed. Add crabmeat and heat. Serve immediately
