Ingredients
1-lb crab meat
1-can cream of celery soup
1-can cream of potato soup
1-can half and half
1-cup finely chopped onion
1/2-cup green onion, chopped
1-clove garlic pressed
1-stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Melt butter in pan add onion and garlic, simmer for 3-5 minutes, add soup, milk, half and half, bring almost to a boil and reduce to simmer stirring often. Add crab meat and green onion, simmer for another 5 minutes and serve.
