Ingredients
1 pound crab meat
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c mayo
1/4 c melted butter
2 T finely diced onion
2 T diced red and green pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp worchester sauce
salt and pepper
1 pound large mushrooms stems removed
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Butter 9x12 baking dish. Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon about 1 T crab mixture into each mushroom. Place in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over Bake till mushrooms are tender.
