Ingredients
2 large zucchinis sliced on an angle (the bigger the slices the more crab meat it will hold)
1 can of crab meat
1/2 cup of Hellmanns Mayonnaise
1/2 dry mustard
1 cup of grated low fat cheese (old or marble)
1/2 tsp of lemon juice
1 cup of calorie reduce sundried tomato salad dressing
Preparation
In a bowl break up the crabmeat and mix with the mayonnaise dry mustard, lemon juice and grated cheese. On a medium heat BBQ grill the zucchini slices on one side. Flip over and top with a spoonful of the crab meat mixture and close the lid and grill until the mixture is melted. Serve
