Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts,halved

2 cans 6.5oz. crab

l Tbl olive oil

6 med. mushrooms,sliced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

3 Tbl. lemon juice

3 green onions,sliced

3 Tbl. fresh parsley,chopped

l/2 cup chicken broth

l cup fresh grated parmasen cheese

Preparation

In a lge skillet lightly saute mushooms, garlic, green onions in olive oil. Add artichokes,crab and parsley til warmed.Remove from heat and mix in all the remaining ingredients and transfer to an oven dish which is rubbed with olive oil. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 min.
