Ingredients
1 refrigerated pastry shell
2 eggs
1 cup light cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion, grated
1 can crabmeat,flaked (6 1/2 oz)
6 oz swiss cheese
1 tablesppon flour
Preparation
Take pastry shell out of the refrigeraton an set aside. Beat together eggs, cream, salt and onion in a medium bowl. Combine the crabmeat, cheese and flour into the egg mixture. Pour into the combine mixture into the pastry shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes until fork inserted in the center comes out clean.
