Ingredients
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
Preparation
Combine and mix all ingredients.
Divide dough in half and wwrap each in wax paper and chill oever night or until firm.
Pinch off bits of dough and roll into 1 inch balls, dip tops in sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes for until firm. 350 degrees
