Ingredients

92 Oz. Tomato Juice(2 large cans)

43 1/2 Oz. Canned Tomatoes

15 Oz. Tomato Sauce

70 Oz. Assorted Beans(kidney,black,pinto,etc.rinsed)

4 Lbs. Ground Beef(browned and drained)

4 Medium Onions(chopped)

12 Portabella Mushrooms(sliced)

1 Oz. Tabasco

3 Bay Leaves

2 Tbls. Chili Powder

2 Tbls. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

2 Cups Sugar(or Splenda)

3 Shots of Tequila

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Bring ALMOST to a boil. Reduce heat and cook on medium to low heat for a minimum of 8 hours,being careful not to scorch. Scorching will most certainly ruin the flavor. Serve with toppings of sour cream and or shredded cheese.
