Ingredients

1 granny smith apple, rinsed, cored and chopped

1 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard seed

1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger

6 whole cloves

1 three inch cinnamon stick

1/2 teaspoon black pepper corns

1/4 teaspoon hot chili flakes

Preparation

Cook in saucepan until done. Cover and chill. Can be made up to one week in advance.
