Ingredients
1 bag cranberries (about 2 cups)
1 C sugar
1 T orange juice concentrate (optional)
1/4 C amaretto
2 T orange marmalade
Preparation
Place cranberries and sugar in pan and cook over medium heat, stiring constantly until it c omes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until cranberries burst. About 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add orange juice, amaretto and marmalade. Stir well. ** At this point you can place in sterilized canning jars.** Cool to room temperature. It will jell. You can place in bowl beside the cream cheese or on top.
