Ingredients

1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 naval orange with skin, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1/2 cup dried cherries

1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

In medium, heavy bottomed saucepan over medium low heat, combine all ingredients, stirring frequenly, until sauce is thick, about 10 mins. Let cool to room temperature before serving, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
