Ingredients

2 cups cranberries

1 orange, quartered and seeded

1/2 lemon, seeded

1 cup sugar

1 cup pecans

1/4 cup Cointreau

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, chop cranberries, orange and lemon.
  2. Add sugar, pecans and Cointreau.
  3. Process briefly.
  4. Cover and let stand a room temperature for 12 hours.
  5. Refrigerate before serving.
