Ingredients

1 bag of cranberries

3 cups apples

1 cup of sugar

1 cup red seedless grapes

.5 cup of celery

.25 cup walnuts

.25 cup of mayo

Preparation

  1. Chop Cranberries in Cuisinart Put in bowl and pour 1 cup of sugar over. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  2. Put cranberries in strainer and strain for about 4 hours.
  3. Chop and compine ingredients. Add mayo and drained cranberry juice until desired texture. Let stand in refrigerator. Can be made day before. Don’t for get to start those cranberries 2 days before!
