Ingredients

1 cup Cranberries, chopped

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

3/4 cup Orange Juice

1 Egg

2 cups Flour

1 cup Sugar

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 cup Pecans or Walnuts, chopped

Preparation

In a medium bowl mix cranberries, oil, egg and orange juice.

In a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together and pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
