Ingredients

Cake

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

1 cup milk

3 Tablespoons melted butter

dash salt

2 cups whoel cranberries

Sauce:

1 cup sugar

1 stick butter

3/4 cup evaporated milk

Preparation

Beat cake ingredients except cranberries for 2 minutes. Fold in cranberries. Bake 350 for 1/2 hour in greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Bring sauce ingredients to boil. Can make ahead and reheat. Pour (hot) over slices of cake just prior to serving.
