Ingredients
1 16 ounce bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup cherry juice (Trader Joe’s)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Cover the container so that it is airtight. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
