Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

1 large egg

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup dried cranberries (preferably unsweetened)

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 Mix butter, sugar, egg, vanilla in medium sized bowl. In separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Combine and mix in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.

Put tablespoon sized balls onto lightly greased baking pan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
