Ingredients

1 Orange seeded and finely

chopped with skin on

1-1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup of fresh o.j.

4 cups whole cranberries

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup of white raisins (optional)

1-1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

In a saucepan cook chopped orange with sugar and orange juice for 30 minutes. Add cranberries, brown sugar and raisins and cook at a slow boil for 10 minutes stiring constantly or until thickened.
