Ingredients
4 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
cinnamon
dried cranberries
Preparation
Sift flour, baking powder and salt onto wax paper. Beat shortening, oleo and sugars until well blended, beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until soft dough forms. Add cinnamon and cranberries to individuals taste.
