Ingredients

2 c fresh cranberries, ground in a food processor

3 c miniature marshmallows

3/4 c sugar

2 crisp apples, cored and diced

1/2 c seedless green or red grapes, cut in half

1/2 c toasted pecans or walnuts

Pinch of salt

1 c heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Combine cranberries, marshmallows, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Cover and chill overnight. Stir in apples, grapes, nuts, and salt. (Feel free to experiment with other fruits in season.) Fold in whipped cream and chill before serving. Makes eight servings
