Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Preparation
In a small saucepan combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, cloves, cinnamon and allspice. Heat slowly, stirring until smooth.
Score the ham and add the glaze the final 20 minutes of cooking.
