Ingredients

1 x 12 ox pkg fresh cranberries

1/4 - 1/3c sugar (can add more)

2-3 green onions chopped

1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 c fresh cilantro

Tortilla chips

Preparation

Put cranberries in bowl of food processor and pulse 2-3 times. Add jalapeno and next 3 ingredients. Pulse 3-4 more times until chopped. Add cilantro and pulse to desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
