Ingredients
1 bag marshmallows (minis melt easier)
1 cup dried cranberries
3 cups kix cereal
butter or cooking spray
graham cracker crumbs (if desired)
Preparation
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into a medium saucepan.
- Add marshmallows and stir with a butter coated wooden spoon (so the marshmallows don’t stick to the spoon).
- Blend in dried cranberries.
- Blend in cereal.
- Spread out into 9x9 pan that has been coated with either butter or cooking spray.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs (if desired) and cover with plastic wrap to let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- Cut up into squares and enjoy!
