Ingredients

1 bag marshmallows (minis melt easier)

1 cup dried cranberries

3 cups kix cereal

butter or cooking spray

graham cracker crumbs (if desired)

Preparation

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into a medium saucepan.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir with a butter coated wooden spoon (so the marshmallows don’t stick to the spoon).
  3. Blend in dried cranberries.
  4. Blend in cereal.
  5. Spread out into 9x9 pan that has been coated with either butter or cooking spray.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs (if desired) and cover with plastic wrap to let sit in refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
  7. Cut up into squares and enjoy!
