Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries

2/3 c. dark brown sugar

1 large orange, peeled, pith removed, cut into 1/4" slices

1 T. grated lime zest

3 T. fresh lime juice

1 medium tart apple, such as Granny Smith, pared, cored, coarsely chopped

1/2 c. cider vinegar

1/4 c. water

1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. dry mustard

1/8 tsp. ground allspice

Preparation

Stir all ingredients in medium non-corrodible heavy saucepan until blended. Heat over med-high heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 45 mins. Serve warm or at room temperature.
