Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries

2/3 c. dark brown sugar

1 orange (pulp only, rough chopped)

1 lime (juice and zests)

3 Apples (peeled and diced, Granny Smith are best)

1/2 c. cider vinegar

1/4 c. water

1/4 tsp. Ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp. Ground ginger (or 1 tsp. fresh)

1/8 tsp. Dry mustard

1/8 tsp. Ground allspice

Preparation

Place all ingredients in saucepan and simmer on low heat until liquid is reduced and chutney has thickened (approx. an hour). Stir occasionally to prevent burning on bottom of pan.
