Ingredients
4 lb cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 envelope gelatin
1/2 cup OJ
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Clean cranberries, put in blender, add sugar & let stand 15 min. - stir occasionally. Sprinkle gelatin over OJ in small saucepan. Cook on low heat & stir until dissolved. Add gelatin mixture, veg., & nuts, etc to cranberies. Mix well. Pour into mold and refrigerate (1 qt. mold)
