Ingredients
1 LB fresh cranberries
1 up sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1/2 cup OJ
1cup celery - chopped
1 apple - skinned & chipped
1cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Wash & clean cranberries, chop in blender. Put in bowl, sprinle with sugar, let stand 15 min. Stir occassionally. Sprinkle gelatin over OJ in small saucepan. Place over low heat & stir to disolve. Add all ingred to cranberries. Mix. Pour in 1 qt mold, cool & refrigerate 6-8 hours.
