Ingredients

1 c cranberry juice

1 package raspberry flavored gelatin

1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce

1 c heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat cranberry juice to boiling. Stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved.

Stir in cranberry sauce.

Chill until mixture is thickened.

Fold in whipped cream and pour into serving dishes.

Chill until firm. Garnish with additional whipped cream.
