Ingredients

2 cups of flour

1 cup of sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of baking soda

3/4 cup of orange juice

2 tbsp of butter (or vegetable oil)

1 tbsp of grated orange peel

1 egg well beaten

1 1/2 cups of chopped cranberries

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Mix well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool on for 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool completely.
